Ginza Kitchen Has The Best Sushi
I wasn't expecting to shock a chef after downing a teaspon on wasabi (gulity pleasure), but, I definelty left an impression. And the kind chefs in the kitchen let me try the sushi when we were done, it's amazing.
Food & Drink Photography can be tricky to manage, especially in a busy Japanese resturaunt on the lisburn road in Belfast. This is why a lot of careful planning really helps, I'm quite flexible with my clients and happy to arrange around them for quieter times during the week, often with hospitality this is the start of the week.
This was one of my first photography sessions with a busienss in-house and it was a delight to be welcomed in, and work directly with the management team and staff.
