Pet Photogrpahy Is Hard But Rewarding

Pet Photogrpahy Is Hard But Rewarding

There hardest part of any pet photoshoot is getting the lovely animals to pose, but that's part of the challenge in the session as well as the most important part!

Unlike us human, pets are being there most authentic selves all the time, and it's honestly a joy to capture! This is probaly the most rewarding part. But there's also something to be said about getting them to pose.

Take Rosie the cocker spaniel for example! This is her as a wee pupper! she's got these real curious eyes and always likes to come up and investigate!

They also serve as great reminders about our amazing pet friends as we go through life. Here's a photo of the amazing Fred the cat, who I found out recently died this year. I used to look after Fred when my friends were away. He always wanted some love and was also keen to sneak up behind you claws at the ready. I hope I captured his essence well. We miss ya!

But this is why pet photography is good, it lets us see our wee friends as life moves on, so I'm probaly not helping myself here, but get your camera out and document your pets. I also sooo game to be apart of it!
